Exclusive Interview with Promise Land!
Here is an exclusive interview with Italian duo Promise Land, taking time out from their schedule to firstly introduce themselves, any special upcoming projects, as well as tell us about their techniques. Not to mention what they hope to gain from 2012 after another productive year, and that raved about new track with Chuckie and Amanda Wilson. Having remixed for the likes of Gregori Klosman, Kelly Clarkson and now Deborah Cox they also collaborated with Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike at the back end of 2012, with the powerful Alarma. Here they are!
01. Welcome Promise Land, introduce yourselves!Hi to everybody, we’re Nazario Pelusi and Fabio Ranucci better known as PromiseLand.
02. Where would we find you at the moment, in the busy
hectic life of being DJ’s?We’re in Rome now, working in the studio on some new UPCOMING tunes for next summer..

03. As individuals, are you both dynamic, or are your
production techniques relatively the same?When we build up a brand new single, at first stage we work together on two different
computers so we have a chance to get more ideas simultaneously. When we realize
we have a good idea then we sit and focus together on the project through the
same panel. We work on same project file since day one instead when is to do
with a remix, we are supposed to release.
04. Your sound as producers is quite unique, we’ve seen you
remix different genres. How do you describe your music, and what is your
favourite genre?

We definitely like very much to explore and making kind of experiment with new
sounds to head into new emotions and moods. Which is key to us for whom has
such as passion and love for music. Our favourite genre is Progressive House

05. You’ve remixed for the likes of Chuckie, Gregori

06. We thoroughly enjoyed your track ‘Alarma’ with Dimitri
Vegas & Like Mike, is their any other artists you would like to collaborate
with?This is an easy one, one name goes through our mind straight away: the king of the
house music……Erick Morillo.

08. Your new track with Chuckie has caused quite a buzz since the unveiling of its live preview from a recent gig. Any release date for this?
Not yet, the release date will be decided soon. We guess the management is looking at spring time.

09. What are your hopes for 2012? Do you have anything special lined up?
We just love what we do, therefore we’d like our music to reach more people, and spread the love we put into it as much as we can.
We have a lot of new music to come during 2012. Beside the single with our dutch big bro Chuckie – as you well know – there’s a bullet in the pipeline for Size records as well as a mainstream project for Atlantic/Warner Music.
